This is not a feature inside ModulawAI — it is the ability to connect ModulawAI’s data to any external system. Digitslaw does not offer API access, so this kind of custom integration was not possible before.
MCP connectivity
Querying ModulawAI from ChatGPT and Claude.
Using ModulawAI’s MCP server, Adewale connected his ModulawAI workspace to ChatGPT and Claude. He can now query his matter data, run legal research, and pull case law citations from inside the AI tools he already uses daily — without switching platforms. This is the kind of extensibility that a practice-management-only platform cannot offer.
The takeaway
The platform layer matters more than the feature list.
Visatec Legal’s migration was not about Digitslaw being a bad product. It was about a firm that needed a platform, not just a tool.
