Where does the answer come from?
A general model answers from what it remembers, and it has read far more American law than Nigerian. It will still sound certain, and it will occasionally produce a case name that looks exactly right and does not exist. ModulawAI searches an indexed corpus first, then builds the answer from the passages it retrieved. A case that is not in the corpus cannot be cited, and every citation opens so you can check it against the judgment.
Does it stop at research?
Most legal AI is a very good search box that leaves you to re-key everything into whatever else the firm runs on. Is this only for Nigerian practice?
No. Nigerian law is where the depth is, but research also covers other jurisdictions, including the United States, the United Kingdom, Canada and the European Union. If your practice is cross-border, the same question can be asked in more than one jurisdiction.
Will it invent case citations?
Answers are composed from documents retrieved at the time you ask, and every citation links to its source, so a case that is not in the corpus cannot be cited. You should still open the authority and read it before you rely on it. The tool is built to make verification fast, not to remove it.
Do we have to move the whole firm at once?
No. Most firms start with research and the Word add-in, because neither changes how anyone already works, then bring matters, time and billing across once the team trusts the output.
How is this different from Harvey or CoCounsel?
Those are strong products built primarily around American and English authority, and they sit on top of whatever stack your firm already runs. ModulawAI covers Nigerian law in depth alongside other jurisdictions, and is the connected system underneath rather than another tool beside it.
What about our data?
