Questions, answered.
How long does it take to join?
Referral partners are in as soon as they confirm their email: you get your code and dashboard straight away. Every other path is reviewed, and we reply within five working days.
Who can become a partner?
Anyone who works with law firms or in-house legal teams: consultants, advisers, accountants, legal technology firms and developers; training institutes, law schools and CPD providers; bar associations and law societies; and law students or lawyers within two years of call. You do not need to be a lawyer.
Can one organisation hold more than one path?
Yes. A training institute that also sets firms up, for example, can be a training partner and an implementation partner, and earns on both.
What are partner tiers?
Registered, Silver, Gold and Platinum. You move up on points for the firms you bring in and keep, the people you certify and, for students and associations, the activities we approve. Tiers add leads, a directory listing, a co-marketing fund and small rate boosts. Your base rate never depends on a tier.
Does it cost anything to join?
No. The program is free to join.
How does a firm count as mine?
The firm signs up through your link, or types your code on the signup page. If the firm leaves and comes back on the same device, the signup page usually remembers your code; adding the code to anything you send covers every other case.
How do I track my referrals?
Your partner dashboard shows how many firms signed up with your code, how many are paying, and your commission as pending, payable and paid.
When and how am I paid?
Commission becomes payable 60 days after each payment and is paid out monthly, in the currency the firm paid in. We ask for your payout details when you first have commission to collect.
What if a firm cancels or gets a refund?
A payment refunded or cancelled within the 60 days earns no commission. Commission already earned on earlier payments stays yours.
Can I use my own code?
No. Codes are for new firms you refer. A signup from your own email does not earn commission.
Does the firm get a discount?
Firms pay the normal price. If you would like to offer your network a launch discount, ask the partnerships team.
