Your practice management is settled and staying.
A very large firm with an entrenched practice management system, a document management platform, and a research subscription is buying an AI layer to sit on top of all of it. That is a legitimate architecture and an AI-only product fits it well. The trade-off is that the AI does not see your matters, so its output has to be moved by hand into the systems that do.
